For many of us backache is a normal way of life. What we don’t realise is that much of the pain we feel is our own fault. Bad posture causes more backache than we may think. You may beg to differ, but in my opinion, the world community has lost track of the meaning of health and wellness. The results have been an overweight world community with numerous health issues that we can barely keep the list straight.

WHO defines health as ” a state of complete physical, mental and social well - being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

I define health as being in a state of physical, emotional, physiological, mentally and environmentally safe from anything that can cause disease, stress and in ability to perform as expected in the state of nature.
