| The end of a project with Consociates is just the beginning of the productive and effective changes of a Management Control System. To reinforce these changes, during the project, we establish and train a MCS Coordinator.
The MCS Coordinator has the overall responsibility for the Management Control System and its uses. In order to assure continued success, the Management Control System must be flexible enough to adapt to the changing needs of the department; it is the job of the MCS Coordinator to guide this process of change. In addition, the MCS is designed to assist management daily in measuring, planning, assigning, following-up, and reporting the work and resource of the department. When these management procedures are not followed, it is the Coordinators responsibility to see that management involvement is restored and reinforced. Therefore, the MCS Coordinator has three main areas of responsibility:
