| The analysis is conducted through on-site interviews of management and staff, observations of work processes, and analysis of existing reports and data. Consociates personnel are unobtrusive and flexible and will work around management's schedules. In addition, during the analysis, we require informal access to senior management so that we understand all strategic implications of present operations.
